Fletcher-Flora Health Care Systems, Inc. is a publicly held company that develops and distributes a full line of Laboratory Information System (LIS) software and connectivity solutions dedicated to solving the day-to-day workflow, data management and reporting demands of the clinical laboratory. As a pioneer in clinical information management, Fletcher-Flora has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and a mission to provide the highest value products to our customers and distributor partners. Our solutions are easy-to-use, well supported and reasonably priced.

Fletcher-Flora began its long course in the LIS industry with the LabPak® line of products serving the physician office, clinic and small hospital laboratory markets. With the rapid success of LabPak, Fletcher-Flora became one of the fastest growing LIS companies with nearly 1500 placements throughout North America and the Caribbean.

Over the years, our company has gained valuable experience deploying and supporting our lab software, and we have set ourselves apart in the industry as a leader in connectivity. We built a reputation as experts in this area by streamlining and successfully integrating our LabPak systems with more than 500 clinical instruments and over 60 clinical software systems. In 2006, Fletcher-Flora developed its own middleware technology, which is core to all of our Web-based LIS solutions. This software allows us to streamline and simplify connectivity between the lab software and instruments, printing devices, and other software systems in any location.

In 2007, Fletcher-Flora launched FFlex eLink™ Integration Software to provide much needed connectivity for labs looking to connect clinical instruments directly to Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management System, Electronic Health Records or other host systems utilizing industry standard interface protocols.

As the market expanded, Fletcher-Flora evolved to meet the needs of larger and more complex laboratories. In early 2007, Fletcher-Flora announced the addition of the FFlex eSuite™, a robust and entirely Web-based LIS designed to meet the needs of any size laboratory. The concept behind FFlex eSuite is to be truly flexible: scalable for the simplest to the most complex labs with a choice of operating systems, relational database software, optional Web-based modules and pricing schedules.
