Fletcher-Flora is led by an experienced management team that combines outstanding leadership and strategic skills with a history of delivering exceptional operating results in the healthcare technology industry. The team's expertise and commitment have been garnered through decades of investing, launching, and building successful business enterprises in the medical software industries.

Neal P. Flora, President and CEO

Neal joined Abbott Laboratories in 1969, and over a ten year span, ultimately became Program Manager for New Development. He left Abbott in 1979 to join Taylor Fletcher and form Fletcher-Flora Computer Products, part of FSW, Inc. With Neal’s business development, marketing and engineering skills, Fletcher-Flora created a new laboratory information system for the clinical laboratory. Neal has been actively running Fletcher-Flora since 1998.

K.W. “Hutch” Hutchinson, CFO

Hutch Hutchinson serves as Chief Financial Officer for Fletcher-Flora. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Utah State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (California) and a Certified Financial Planner. His background includes experience in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst and Young, governmental accounting for the Irvine Ranch Water District in Irvine, CA, and the private sector with the Automobile Club of Southern California.

Lance B. Friedman, Vice President of Finance and COO 

Prior to Fletcher-Flora, Lance served as Managing Director of EGL Holdings, Inc., a venture capital and boutique investment banking concern in charge of the healthcare practice and investments until September 2004, and before EGL Holdings, Lance served as Senior VP of Alliance Partnerships and Chief Legal Officer of VertiSoft with primary responsibility for global business alliances and channel relationships, corporate finance and legal affairs.  Prior to VertiSoft, Lance served as VP of business development for Quovadx, a provider of total business integration software and services for rapid application development and deployment of mission-critical applications.  He served as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive VP of Mergers and Acquisitions for M2Verticom Corporation and its subsidiary Wireless MD, Inc., a wireless and medical technology firm.  He earned Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University, cum laude, and a Doctor of Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.

Brian Sands, Vice President of Operations

Brian has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, with more than five years in the medical IT industry. He joined Fletcher-Flora in 2004 as Project manager, and has since been charged with the role of managing all Fletcher-Flora operations. Brian leads multiple committees, including software development, configuration management, QA and customer rollout implementation.

Terry Watson, VP Sales and Marketing

Terry has more than 27 years working in the healthcare information systems market.  Prior to joining Fletcher-Flora, Terry has held various sales management and business development positions with McDonnell Douglas Health Information Systems, CliniCom and Healthcare.com marketing applications software, clinical systems, integration technology, and services to a wide range of healthcare organizations.  He earned a Bachelor or Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma, School of Pharmacy.
