Software updates with the latest product improvements are communicated and implemented according to our Customer Support Agreement.

*Our online support requires that you have an active, high-speed Internet connection to your LabPak® or FFlex eSuite™ System and valid email address. The Fletcher-Flora Support team cannot access your system without your permission. Instead, you must initiate assistance by calling our toll-free number and logging on to online support using the link below.
